The below pieces are a part of a series of 60-plus articles I wrote during summer 2015 to promote the three Dan’s Papers summer food and wine events, known under the umbrella title as Taste of Summer. I was charged with interviewing all of the local chefs and wine-makers involved in the events, including the celebrity hosts. The promotional articles ultimately helped to drive 6,000-plus ticket sales. In keeping with Dan’s Papers focus on being a "Hamptons Original" and an insider’s guide to all things Hamptons, I crafted the questions to focus on eating local, on generating excitement for the event, and on offering information on area restaurants.
